CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If the required cancellation fee exceeds the deposit amount, the remaining balance may be charged. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a $10 late fee depending on the service, or may need to reschedule.
